A Great Glamping Getaway at the Sunset Cabin in the Long Sault

I took my husband for a getaway to the cutest glampsite located in the Mille Roches Campground: St.Lawrence Parks on the Long Sault. I booked the lovely Sunset Cabin on Snetsinger Island, with beach access. Have a look!

We love it here! I spent the afternoon paddling along Snetsinger Island’s shoreline while my hubby relaxed in the sunshine at our cabin.

The water was shallow and warm, so it was perfect for a solo excursion as I was still getting used to the lightweight Oru Kayak Beach LT, was which I had only taken out a few times before.

We enjoyed OTG Meals dinners while watching the sunset.

In the dying light, I hit the smooth water just as the sun was disappearing behind the horizon.

We watched the vibrant colours disappear and ate s’mores.

The moon set a few hours after the sun, so the stars were shining brightly.
