Surprisingly Delicious Gluten-Free Dining at Dida’s in Earlton

Dida’s slogan, “We Know Burgers,” couldn’t be more on point and has become a foodie destination for good reasons! My first visit was in 2021, and I returned in June of 2024.

Many changes have happened within the restaurant – most notably, 90% of the fryers are now for gluten-free foods, and much of Linda’s menu is also gluten-free!

Deep-fried Dill Pickle Chips

🥒 Freshly sliced when your order, dipped in beer batter (made with local beer) and served with a dill crema dipping sauce. Amazing!

The batter recipe was changed to gluten-free since my last visit, and I’ll attest that it’s just as tasty!

Firecracker Salad

When you can’t decide, the best choice is to get them all. Of course, I couldn’t order every burger, but the 3 slider deal on mini-sized burgers allowed me to taste more.

On my first visit, I tried Dida’s Burger, the Ringer, and the Hascap Maple Bison Burger. On my return visit, I (once again) enjoyed sliders: the Ringer, the Hascap Maple Bison, and a new creation of Linda’s – the French Onion served with au jus.
